Mike Heene
President and CEO
Mike is the original founder and visionary of AdPay. A serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of business and technical experience, he has become a recognized expert and sought after speaker on online strategies for media organizations. Before AdPay, Mike founded Exceed Systems, a software company focusing on real estate brokerages which grew to over 1000 customers before being sold to private investors. Prior to that, he founded Iguana Logic, a small, highly regarded Denver area consultant of data warehousing, data modeling and relational database design. Mike holds a BS in computer science from Salisbury University in Maryland and a patent on tying e-commerce to print classifieds.

Jeff Rudolph
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff oversees the finance and accounting operations and brings over 25 years of financial experience including 12 years with the public accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand and 10 years of Chief Financial Officer duties for private, pre-IPO, as well as publicly traded companies, subject to SEC and Sarbanes Oxley reporting requirements. In these roles, Jeff led various operational and substantive initiatives related to financial operations, M&A, financial planning, and multiple financial functions. Mr. Rudolph graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.

Deborah Dreyfuss-Tuchman
Executive VP Sales

Deborah Dreyfuss-Tuchman brings 25 years of media industry experience to her leadership role at AdPay, and has specialized in driving the success of new solutions for the media industry. Prior to joining AdPay, Ms. Dreyfuss-Tuchman held the positions of Vice President Business Development and subsequently Media Sales at Travidia, the leading print-to-Internet vendor. Her background also includes five years at Thomson media companies, including Vice President of Business Development for Thomson Interactive Media, where she helped forge business relationships adding value to their classified products. Dreyfuss-Tuchman’s twelve years at The Chicago Tribune and five at Tribune Media Services implanted a solid foundation of familiarity with media operations and syndicate sales, which are major assets in her role. Dreyfuss-Tuchman has a BA in Journalism from the University of Michigan.
